SHIPPING RATES
1) What are your shipping costs to UNITED KINGDOM and REPUBLIC OF IRELAND?
We offer free shipping for all orders irrespective of value or size. We obtain shipping certificates for all items sent and they are fully insured against loss or damage.
2) What are your shipping costs to Europe?
A standard charge of £9.50 applies on all orders irrespective of size or value. Shipping by Standard Airmail with Tracking on orders over £50 in value.All European shipping is fully certified and insured against loss or damage in transit
3) What are your shipping costs to Rest of World?
A standard charge of £16.50 on all orders irrespective of size or value. Shipping by Premium Airmail .Orders over £75 in value are sent by a trackable service requiring signature on receipt(assuming this service is available for the destination country.)All RoW shipping is fully certified and insured against loss or damage in transit.
RETURNS
1) What is the return policy on DVDS?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of DVDs once they have been removed from the outer cellophane wrapping unless damaged or faulty (see below.)
Should you wish for any reason to return DVDs still wrapped we will be happy to refund in full less our outgoing shipping charges.Returns of DVDs ordered in the UK or Republic of Ireland will be subject to a £3 handling charge. Proposed returns must be notified in advance by email for approval and must be returned by Recorded/Tracked delivery.
Should you find a DVD to be faulty or damaged you must firstly advise us by email within 28 days of receipt so that we might resolve the issue by way of refund or replacement.
Returned DVDs said to be faulty will be subject to testing before refunds can be issued.
B) What is the return policy on ALL OTHER PRODUCTS?
We make every effort to ensure that you will be pleased with your purchase but if you are not absolutely happy you may return items within 14 days of receipt and we will refund in full (less our outgoing shipping costs). Items returned by buyers from the UK or Ireland will be subject to a £5 handling charge.
Should you wish to exchange for a replacement item we may need to levy further shipping charges.
Items being returned must be notified to us in advance by email and must be returned as received with presentation boxes/pouches by Recorded/Tracked delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns of any type of earring.
Should you find an item to be damaged or faulty you must firstly advise us by email within 14 days of delivery so that the issue may be resolved by way of refund or replacement. Please note that we may ask for photographic evidence of damage.
