Shipping and Delivery

1) UNITED KINGDOM / REPUBLIC OF IRELAND  (INC.N.IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN and CHANNEL ISLANDS.)

There is a fixed standard charge of £2.75 on all orders irrespective of the size or value of your order.

Shipping is by 1st class standard large letter or parcel post with Recorded Delivery. All UK shipping is fully certified and insured against loss or damage in transit.

2) EUROPE

There is a fixed standard charge of £9.50 on all orders irrespective of the size or value of your order.

Shipping is by Standard Airmail with tracking on all orders (assuming this service is available to the destination country.)

All European shipping is fully certified and insured against loss or damage in transit.

3) REST OF WORLD

There is a fixed standard charge of £14.50 on all orders irrespective of the size or value of your order.

Shipping is by International Tracked and Signed Airmail (assuming this service is available to the destination country.)

All Rest of World shipping is fully certified and insured against loss or damage in transit.

DELIVERY TIMES

We endeavour to ship all orders within 3 days of receipt and you will receive an email confirming shipment. In the event that there will be any unforeseen delay in shipping you will be advised accordingly and should the delay be unacceptable to you  will have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund. You should allow the following timescale for delivery following the date of confirmation of shipping;

UK Orders; 3 days

European Orders; 7 days

Rest of World Orders; 14 days

Please note that that these timescales are approximate and are beyond the control and responsibility of Simply Equine.

 

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Goods shipped to outside the UK and Europe are subject to customs clearance and Simply Equine is required to attach descriptive documentation including order values and any customs duties which may be payable at destination are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

Is it possible to collect products?

We are a delivery based company only and collection is unavailable.

I can’t find what I’m looking for – are all of your products on your website?

No, our website only displays a selection of the products that is available to us. If you can’t see what you are looking for just give us a call or send us an email and we will be happy to help. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via credit card, debit card and Google Pay.

How will I know if my order has been successful?

After you place an order online you will be taken to a page confirming your order. You will also receive an email with your order confirmation.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all of our prices on simply equine are inclusive of VAT.

What happens if I am unsure of a purchase or what to return a product purchased from simply equine?

If you are unsure about a purchase, you must state this to one of our delivery personnel on delivery of the product/s, so that the original packaging of the product will not be removed. You have 7 days from delivery date to notify simply equine if you want to return your product. Simply Equine will not accept the products back if they are NOT sealed in their original packaging. 

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

If you think a product you received may be faulty, please email us immediately at customer.service@simplyequine.com with full details of the fault and photographs if possible. Our dedicated customer service team will contact you promptly to resolve your issue.
