Sports Scientist, Eckart Meyners has developed a 6 point exercise programme for riders to help them achieve better coordination and a more relaxed seat, which in turn has a noticeable impact in terms of removing tension, blockages, rigidity and muscular imbalance when riding.
This DVD offers solutions for typical riding problems, in addition to various warm up programmes for riders.
Eckart Meyners has been researching the mechanics of movement relating to horse riding for over 30 years and trains riders, instructors and judges for the German Equestrian Association. He is joined by Olympic medal winner Heike Kemmer, who demonstrates several warm up programmes in this film.
