Returns and Refunds

All our products are sold by us as received from the relevant manufacturers/publishers and have been subject to both their and our strict quality control proceedures and are supplied as described on our website.   We are confident therefore that you will be pleased with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.

In the first instance you should contact us by email to explain the reasons for returning the item(s) and we will then  issue a return authorisation number.

Unless your item is faulty or damaged we will not refund the return or our initial outward shipping charges and all items should be returned unused, intact and with all the original packaging (inc. gift boxes where applicable.)  PLEASE NOTE; DVDs WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR REFUND IF THE CELLOPHANE WRAPPING HAS BEEN OPENED OR REMOVED.

Where an exchange is requested there may be a price adjustment levied and additional outgoing shipping costs may be incurred.

All returned items will be subject to inspection before refunds are authorised and remain your responsibility until received by us and must be returned by Recorded or Tracked delivery methods.
